Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations

• All authors are kindly requested to deliver their presentations (ppt files) to the organizing committee, 15’ before the start of their session.
• Time allocated for each presentation is 20’ (18’ for presentation and 2’ for questions)

Poster presentations

• All the authors are kindly requested to have their presentations posted on Monday, 19 November 2012, afternoon during the lunch break. Fixing material will be available in the conference reception desk.
• Although the posters will be displayed for the entire day, all authors are kindly requested to be available at their poster during the time scheduled for the poster session according to the programme
• The posters dimension should not exceed 90cm (width) x 120cm (height)
